- Tuition and Fees
In general, there are no refunds of tuition. However, at the discretion of
the Executive Director, refunds may be given under extenuating circumstances
if a student has prepaid for the full class amount.
A one time registration fee of $10/student or $25/family (3 or more students) will be charged. The only exception is a one-day workshop. A fee of $20 will be charged for returned checks.

In general, classes will be held at the Art Center or at Carpenter Elementary School. Class locations will be identified as part of the pre-registration process. - Cancelled Classes If a class must be cancelled, the class is made up or tuition credit is given. The instructor will notify you regarding the day and time of the make up class.
- Reduced Class Size Classes with fewer than 5 students enrolled are subject to cancellation. Any deposits or remaining tuition will be refunded. Smaller classes may run at an increased tuition rate.
- Waiting Room/Classroom Etiquette We require a calm atmosphere as students prepare for class. Please encourage younger siblings to read, color, or play quietly while in the waiting areas. Running or loud noise of any kind is not permitted. We expect students to be focused and ready to learn when in class and to remain respectful and attentive toward instructors at all times.
