Private Lesson Policies
1. Payment for the month is due at the first lesson of the month. Lessons are $18.00 for a half-hour lesson.
1 lesson/month = $18
2 lessons/month = $36
3 lessons/month = $54
4 lessons/month = $72
5 lessons/month = $90
2. If a student cannot attend a lesson for any reason, please call the instructor or the Arts Center. Make-up lessons will be given if the student provides at least 24-hour notice of the absence. If a student does not give at least 24-hour notice, the lesson will be forfeited and a make-up lesson will not be given.
3. Students are expected to practice their assignments in order to be prepared for each lesson.
4. Lesson materials may purchased from the instructor. It is expected that payment for lesson materials is received when they arrive.
5. Please speak with instructor if you have any concerns about lessons. We want you to be happy!
6. Be prompt to lessons and remember to bring all materials needed.
7. Participation in recitals is not mandatory, but optional. We encourage all students to participate, as this is an excellent opportunity to build performance skills.
8. All students must have access to an instrument on which to practice. This instrument should be in good working condition and be of good to excellent quality.
